72 Amazing Years

Hello again!  It's been a long few months.  I think I remember how to write up a post:)

Well once more the Papertrey anniversary celebration contests get me back to card making after the busy holidays, etc.  I had to make a card for my father's birthday this weekend so I played along with the color and sketch challenge HERE.

Here's the color scheme and sketch I chose:

Since it was for my father I went light on the Scarlet Jewel and Pure Poppy, only using them on the gift.
It was fun to get crafty again!  Hopefully I'll have even more time to play along with more contests tomorrow.

All supplies from Papertrey Ink unless stated.

Stamps:  Big Birthday Wishes, Make a Wish Additions
Paper:  Dark Chocolate, Kraft, Fine Linen, Classic Kraft polka dot patterned paper
Ink:   Scarlet Jewel, Pure Poppy, Fresh Snow
Other:  Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), By the Number border dies
