Together Forever

"Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart." Proverbs 3:3

This is the verse for the most recent Stampin' Sisters in Christ challenge.  I love this verse and I love the first few chapters of Proverbs.  There is so much instruction in there about living wisely.  Kris Breach wrote a little devotion about love and her challenge is "to make a heart stand out in your card/project".

Here's what I made for my husband:

I cut the card base using the Mega Mat Stack 4 die.  The tree image, from Love and Marriage,  is stamped in Berry Sorbet -- definitely one of my favorite colors.  I just love the look of the sweet little felt heart against that tree.

Here's the inside:

Hope you all have a blessed weekend!

All supplies from Papertrey Ink unless stated.

Stamps:  Love and Marriage, Love Birds
Paper:  White, Berry Sorbet
Ink:  Berry Sorbet, Black
Other:  Mega Mat Stack 4 die, Heart dies, pure poppy felt, small label rectangle die (quickutz)

Sara, this is gorgeous! How did you cut the card out of that die without cutting some off the top where the fold should be?

This is stunning Sara. I love that you used red...I would only think to use brown or green for a tree image. Absolutely beautiful.

Had our first competition this weekend. The other middle schools backed out so we were "champions". The kids had a ball! Any chance your team is coming to Loveland, Hanover or Twinsburg? See you at Fairfield...we'll have to connect on that soon!
